Associates support a busy plaintiff’s personal injury practice with research and writing as well as many opportunities to attend client meetings, depositions and mediations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to take on substantial responsibility and ownership over client matters, while working with a team on complex issues.
Qualified candidates should have a JD from an ABA accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and strong research, writing, and people skills. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota (or immediately eligible for admission to the Minnesota bar based on the candidate’s MBE or UBE score from another jurisdiction) and be in good standing with the bar in each state in which the candidate is licensed to practice law. Experience with personal injury preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
